The initial deposit collected after the terms and disclosure agreements have been implicitly agreed to will secure the specific date requested by the designated hiring party or their respected agency.

What can I expect after securing my move?

Any additional materials that are required to complete your move will be delivered to the address that is confirmed on the hiring form. The contractual service will be active from the start time until the full service contract has been rendered completely.

What can I expect to pay for my move?

Terms that are agreed upon between Galaxy Movers and the hiring agency will be carried out to the initial quote inspection document. Should additional artifacts or services be included at any point prior or during the service time, these terms can be subjected to change under the fee agreements illustrated in the terms and disclosure agreement page.

What is a COI and where do I send proof?

It is required by law that any commercial contractual agreements carrying out services for any party or institution provide record of liability and insurance.
